I’ve been on the avocado toast train for a while now, but lately I’ve been really enjoying avocado and egg sandwiches. They have the perfect amount of healthy fat, protein, and carbs to keep me full and energized until lunch AND they are seriously delicious 🙂 Here are two of my favorite combos that I have been enjoying for breakfast recently…
1. Open-faced Avo and Egg on Seeduction
1 fried egg, 1/2 avocado mashed and mixed with olive oil, salt & pepper, 1 slice of Whole Food’s Seeduction bread toasted.
2. Tomato, AVO & Egg Breakfast Sandwich
Two tomato slices, 1/2 avocado mashed and mixed with olive oil, salt & pepper, 1 fried egg, 2 slices of Whole Food’s Seeduction bread toasted.
