I love coming up with new greek yogurt combinations and this one might be my new favorite. Even though it’s really simple, the mix of the different flavors and nutrients left me feeling both satisfied and full for a few solid hours.
- 5.3 oz vanilla greek yogurt (I used the Whole Food’s Market brand)
- 1 banana (sliced)
- 1 handful of roasted salted almonds
- 1 handful of Whole Food’s Honey and Nut Morning O’s (or any form of honey nut cheerios–i think this cereal goes really well with the banana and almonds)
The protein from the yogurt, the healthy fat from the almonds, the carbs from the banana, and the small amount of sugar from the cereal really make this a filling and delicious, sweet tooth satisfier! I will definitely be having this again 🙂
