The Easiest Hummus Veggie Sandwich

This hummus veggie sandwich is one of my favorite things to make for lunch! It’s so easy and VERY versatile. It also works really well as a packed lunch! It is extremely filling. It’s totally satisfying. And the best part is that you can change up the veggies for more variation.

Hummus Veggie Sandwich Ingredients:

You can eat the sandwich open-faced or closed. Both ways are delicious! If you’re packing it, I find that closing the sandwich and wrapping it in aluminum foil works best.
